Beautiful picture, sound........2007-10-14
I bought this Initial DVD player refurbished and I couldn't have asked for a better picture -- much richer and more detailed than almost anything out there. And you can actually listen with the stereo speakers, even in the car. I know portable DVD players are pretty fragile, but this one lasted a good two years, mostly being handled by my five- and 10-year old boys. I'm looking for another.

Everything works smoothly.......2007-09-16
I am using this component with an AMD X2 dual processor on the Windows XP Professional OS, with a 250 GB hard drive. Now, I am able to run more than 1 program simultaneously, and the computer detects the amount of RAM as 1.93 GB, not exactly 2 GB, but is close enough to described amount. I can view movies while running system optimization programs (such as Spybot) and at the same time also load web pages too. Not bad for the price.
