Not compatible with HDMI switchers.......2007-12-21
Bought 1080P and since I have several HDMI sources and my TV has only one DVI input, had to use a HDMI switcher and the 1080 doesn't like that when playing anything with copy-guard on it. Screen goes blank every few seconds, I think the unit thinks its hooked up to a VCR. Works fine on none copy-guarded stuff and when directly put into TV via HDMI cable. Called Samsung, said to go to Component output, but picture is not nearly as good and definitely not 1080 resolution as I was told by them. Anyone know how to get rid of copy-guard? Let me know.
Works beautifully .......2007-12-20
I've been using it daily for last 2 weeks. Hooked to Samsung 40" LCD 1080p (LN-T4069FX). It works out-of-the-box just like advertised. Beautiful picture, perfect sound. The two units communicate, using HDMI v1.3 cable.
Loading of the disc takes longer than on a standard DVD player, but not more than 20 seconds.
I used to buy everything SONY, now I buy everything Samsung or everything Canon (camera, camcorder, printer scanner...). I think if you can, that is the best way to go. Manufacturers, it seems, test only their own products for compatibility and nowadays, compatibility is often in the heart of many of the problems with highly complex gadgets.

Clear Audio and Comfortable.......2007-02-19
This headset has a good microphone and speaker. It is much better than the Body Glove EarGlove headset that I used previously. The microphone transmits your voice so clearly that the person that you are speaking to often cannot tell that you are on a head set. However, the microphone is adversely affected by wind. It does not come with any foam over the microphone to help mitigate the effect of wind. Other than that, it is a great headset.
