We got the tv and dvd player as a Christmas present for your kids. It worked fine until a few days ago. It states that there is no disc. We tried several different dvds and still get the same message!!! Safe yourself the trouble and get something else

Spongebob is such an American icon that he has been put on everything from salt and pepper shakers to now a DVD player. Although I am not a child I received this DVD player as a gift and love it. It is a very unique shape being square rather than the average rectangle DVD player. It saves space and brings fun to the room, definitely a conversation piece! The face on the player is debossed which adds to its appearance greatly. My only complaint is that the buttons on the remote control are a bit small. Otherwise this Spongebob DVD player is a great buy and you will start each movie by seeing that Spongebob gives his rating of "4 starfish". Awesome quality DVD player!
