I have just purchased a DT102A from Best Buy and when I tried to use it for the first time it could not read any of the brand new DVDs I had just purchased and kept giving me a "disc error" message. It is now on its way back to Best Buy for an exchange.

Especially for the price - My mother was getting booted off her internet because her old cordless ran on the same frequency as her wireless router - living on a couple of acres and doing a lot of gardening, she gets reception across half the property - a great buy.

I browsed through the User-Manual. With that I charged the unit, hooked it up and it worked as expected. I am satisfied, very satisfied. Panasonic a GOOD product ... refurbished unit but very good performance for the $.

The features of this phone are very easy to use, and the operating instructions are well written and easy to follow. The incoming voices are clear, as well as the answering machine messages. The display and number buttons are easy to read -- ring tone options are fun -- also can choose colors to identify callers by the ringer indicator light -- a neat feature.

This was a replacement for a Vtech system I had to send back because of horrible reception and I can't say enough good things about this phone.
Hand sets feel sturdy but not heavy, keypad is back lit and has many more nice user features such as speaker phone and custom rings. Reception is crystal clear with very good range.

I am very happy with this phone! People can hear me well, it has lots of good features, my favorite being the incoming call memory puts the "1" in on long distance so I can call right back. My AT&T I had to write down the number to call back. The stored phone book is also much simpler to use so I actually use it.

This is a great bluetooth headset for thoes who don't like the ones that hang on your ear. Very comfortable and range is excelant can hear perfetly form 33 feet away from your device.

This is the best headset I have used in a trucking environment. The volume control is excellent as I have a hearing problem and find that i have to turn the volume down which was a pleasant surprise.
I had a problem with the 12 volt charger. It charged the head set fine,but I Left it on all night and the next morning the battery was dead. When I arrived home I connected it to the wall charger and it charged fine.
At 8 pm I emailed VXI support about the problem and was shocked to receive a replay the next morning asking for info on the problem. I returned the Email and told them they could call if they wished. At 1pm that day I spoke to Brian at VXI and we solved the problem.
I am very impressed there service and to speak with a live person without going Thu push 1 for English process.
So drivers if you want a good headset with first rate service get the Blue Parrott

I bought this headset April 2007. I drive a truck for a living and listening to a bluetooth in a loud truck is very hard to do. Another problem with bluetooths in a truck is that whoever you are talking to has a hard time hearing you. This headset provides a solution for both these problems. I have never had something this good for a bluetooth in a long long time. I would recomend this very much.
