This is a beautiful phone, outstanding in appearance, very shiny and expensive looking. My only complaint with it is the weight. It is very heavy. The box says 5 lbs, but it feels much heavier. It is for mounting on the wall, and my worry is that if the receiver falls out of my hand, or off the wall, it could kill one of my pets, or even injure me, it is that heavy. I am reluctantly returning it and looking to purchase one that is lighter in weight.

After a kitchen remodel I wanted to replace the standard plastic wall phone. I was surprised that I couldn't find a wireless phone like our primary phone but wall-mount instead. I bought this one because it matches the stainless steel appliances and I think it looks good. I like the heavy and solid feel.

Hi,
Have had this phone for a month or so now, hard to really get overly excited about a phone, especially one that's just a phone.
We had a Sony Answerer we really did not need, as we run a office out of the house and a 2 line answerer in the office.
This phone seems well made, the ring is loud even on low and the Headset is very heavy by todays standards. Not that its that big a deal, it adds a emergency fixed line phone and matchs the decor of our kitchen with SS appliances. If you want a phone with the latest and greatest goodies, you better look elsewhere, this is a retro look phone and it excels at its intended purpose and looks pretty cool doing it in our Kitchen.

The phone is better than I expected. It feels soid looks great! I like the combination of retro design but in a sleek modern brushed aluminum. The ring is nice and loud and it too sound retro. A great buy!

Since the day I hung this beautiful phone on the wall I've being dealing with a HuMMMMMM sound on the line.
I tried taking the phone to another house but still I have the HUMMMMM sound.
Consider your buy because I've had a bad experience with mine.
I even call the telephone company and they came to my house in order to check the line, and told me the problem as on the phone.
