This beauty was originally cast in a heavy-duty metal and then later reconditioned in a lightweight thermoplastic giving it a more stylistic approach and curved design. The Kettle Classic Desk Phone successfully combines industrial technology with design-inspired craftsmanship right down to the classic cloth cord. This "fat style" phone features a substantial "hoof" and true to the original incorporates a mechanical bell in the base.

We sent the phone back the same day we received it. It looked beautiful, but unfortunately, we wanted it to funtion as well. YOu could anwser and talk on the phone , but he ringer did not work at all. We tried all the steps that the directions gave but to no avail.

Bought this phone as a birthday gift for my husband. He absolutely loves it. It feels and looks just like the real thing from the 40's. The tone is crystal clear (he's hard of hearing) and it is very easy to operate. Push down and get redial, push up for flash.

My husband bought this phone for me and I love it!!! It comes in my favorite color and is slim enough to fit into all my pockets! The speakerphone is great! I just wish it came with some free games, instead of demos!

This phone is a cute pink color, but that's about all it has going for it. It has poor connectivity. The internet speeds are incredibly slow. My fiance had the silver version, but his had raised buttons, whereas the pink's are flat. It's much harder to blindly press, since you can't feel individual buttons. You basically have to dial with your fingernails. My screen frequently goes blank, but always eventually comes back. The volume at the highest level is poor. You can't hear or be heard if there is ANY wind outside.
Buy a better phone than this one.

I have had this phone for about 2 weeks now, and I love it. It's simple, but it has a few extras on it to make it worth it. There is no camera...which I have had a camera on my phone for several years now, so I kind of miss it. But in all actuality, I rarely used it before anyway. The buttons are kind of small, but I had a razr before this so I am used to smaller buttons. You can change your navigation buttons to be what you want them to be. I wish I could check my myspace on this phone, but its not myspace enabled. I also have issues checking my gmail. Most other email services are good though (hotmail, yahoo, etc). All in all, I knew this phone had no camera and I knew the buttons were small before I ordered it. The ONLY major problem I have is, when I got the phone it had a dead pixel on it...but I know Cingular can send me a new phone. Great phone!
