Company will not answer phone, website does not
work, Police raided them for unlicensed products.

My unit died 2 days after Warranty expired.

Would Be Skeptical.......2005-12-01

While it wasn't this exact model I bought, I did buy a Cyberhome DVD recorder from Wal Mart that cost around $80.00, may have been model 1600. It was garbage, within 5 min. of playing back the recording I saw skips in the sound and digital video distortion (similar to weather interferance on a satelite TV). I took it back and told the woman at Wal Mart it wasn't worth the box it came in. I was skeptical to begin with but figured for the price I would give it a try. Consumer Reports rates Pioneer and Panasonic models at the top of their research, thats what I'll buy.

Good product with a few flaws.......2007-11-08

Have had the Tough Skin for almost 5 months now, and it definitely keeps the phone protected and in good shape. Unfortunately, the rubber is also prone t stretching, so the initially snug fit now hangs loose in places, reducing its effectiveness and making it easy to snag, especially coming in and out of a pocket. Also, screen can smudge, as others have said, but easy to clean, although removing and replacing only stretches the case further. Aside from the stretching issue, highly recommended, but it may have a short shelf life.

Everybody knows the phone in the case will not fit in the holster; this was fine with me, the case made it bulky enough. It protects well from impact, but it collects dust. I used this case for a while but after a while i took it off and haven't put it back on. The Q is such a good looking phone it sucks to have to bulk it up so much to protect it.
My advice: Get a clear skin and just don't drop it.

Bulky, but functional..........2007-10-31

Great product as far as protecting your phone is concerned. The downside is that it does add considerable bulk and the protective screen scratches and dulls down incredibly easily. Also, the holster is very close to not being functional at all. All of this being said, if you have a habit of dropping your phone you no longer have to worry about paying the price for your miscues. Speck could definitely improve the screen protector and the make the holster actually functional.

Works Good.......2007-10-09

I have had this caddy for about a month now, however (and fortunately) I have not had to test its ability to absorb a shock from a fall. The rubber case is good and bad. You can set the phone on your car dashboard or similar slick surface and the case prevents the phone from sliding around, however, this same friction makes it hard getting in and out of your pocket (I can live with this). As with other reviewers that I read before purchasing, the belt clip does not work well... it is hard to remove the phone in time to answer calls (my 2 cents, just wear shirts with front pockets and trash the clip.)
Overall... it is a good buy.

it fits very well,screen guard is great. It is a little bulky and wont fit in your pocket easily the rubber isnt slippery at all. Perfect if you are prone to dropping your phone or work outdoors and bounce your phone around a lot.
