I GOT THE DVD PLAYER AND IT WORKED BEAUTIFULLY FOR EXACTLY 1 WEEK. I HAD TO RETURN IT AND JUST RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO . I HOPE IT WILL LAST OR I WILL RETURN IT FOR A REFUND AND GO BACK TO MY REGION 1 THAT I HAVE HAD FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW. I HAVE NEVER HAD A DVD PLAYER THAT JUST LASTED FOR ONE YEAR LET ALONE 1 WEEK. I HAVE 3 DVD PLAYERS THAT I STILL ENJOY . THE REMOTE CONTROL ON THIS ONE IS VERY SMALL AND YOU HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF WHICH ONE IS PLAY, PAUSE , STOP SO HAVE THE BOOK NEAR BY. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING ABOUT THIS TRANSACTION IS THAT THE SELLER IS BEHIND HIS PRODUCTS AND IS QUICK TO RESPONSE BUT IT IS STILL VERY INCONVENIENT FOR ME.

Very short range making it useless for the purpose it is sold. Remote phones have a MAXIMUM range of less than 30 ft in the same room. Less than 20ft if a wall seperates them. LED displays have several dead pixels. You have to guess at what it is displaying.

Well, I think that this phone should be more functional. It can't intercomunicate between handsets, It can't answer two or the three hanset to the same time, and don't have speaker. Only the fisrt hanset can to pass the call to the others. In the other hand, the signal is excellente and have three handset suplys my requireds. Poor Customer Service.......2007-07-19
The item was not operational when it arrived. Rather than return it through Amazon, we called the Vtech company to ask for technical assistance. They were patronizing and not helpful, especially after it was identified that the equipment itself was faulty. We eventually got a replacement phone, but not without a lot of hassle and inconvenience. I will not deal with this company again.

I bought this product a year ago and just recently purchased one for my mother. I must say that the performance is unmatched. The range of the phone is excellent spaning over three houses in length. The digital screen is easy to read and clear. The operating instructions are very easy to use both on the headsets and on the main system. The answering machine is clear. I trust this system and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new good home phone system.

I own the product and tested and returned more than 6 other higher end phones. This by far has the best sound quality, you don't even know it is a cordless. All the digital phones are hollow sounding, as if you are in a tunnel, this is analog.
The features are fair, but if sound quality is most important, especially as you get older, this phone is great.

Be prepared to wait 3 - 4 rings before caller ID appears. That's not acceptable to me.
Another negative is the buttons. I always have to check carefully where answer machine button is....and, you cannot retrieve messages from the handsets.
Too bad, because sound quality is excellent. Unfortunately, I am again on a phone search.

I bought this to simultaneously charge my Motorola Q and Motorola S9 headphones (they're ***** btw). It charges Q fine, but will not charge headphones even if it's the only device being charged... strange, all other Moto chargers work fine. Maybe I just got a defective one? Anybody else charging S9's with this?
Update: read the S9 manual, it does say that it wont charge on the headset end. Oh well.

My cell phone and HS850 headset require two differnt adapters. Since I travel a lot, this can be a minor nuisance. This device allows me to get by with one adapter and charge both units simulataneously.
