DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!.......2007-10-23

This phone is NOT compatible with all bluetooth phones, as suggested on the Panasonic website and the product description. Panasonic's customer support is unhelpful and their technical support is degrading. I purchased this phone directly from Panasonic and have not been able to return it. They claim my nearly one year-old cell phone is too "new" to be compatible with this Panasonic product.

In addition, the phone itself is not as good as the AT&T EP5632 AT&T EP5632 - 5.8 GHz Digital BlueTooth Enabled Cordless Phone w/Answering System. The AT&T phone has a much more intuitive link with the cell phone, connecting using a single button. It is simple to make outgoing calls on the cell, or receive incoming cellphone calls by pressing the cell phone button. On the Panasonic, the cellphone is accessed through the joystick, which is much more cumbersome and unintuitive. Also, the quality of the Panasonic's recorded messages and outgoing greeting are inferior to the AT&T phone. Additionally, the Panasonic phone has an annoying green light on the top of the phone, an irritating feature for a phone placed in a bedroom.

I strongly suggest not purchasing this product. It is inferior to the AT&T phone and the customer and technical support from Panasonic are terrible.
