Sometimes I cannot hear.........2007-08-07
I wanted a basic cordless. This 900 mhz does not allow me to go as far as my old one. The most recent problem I have had is that I cannot hear the caller on the other end for sometimes the entire call, other times it fades in and out, maybe due to weather?. Otherwise it suits my needs. I like the rocket dial feature and the price.
Poor Sound Quality.......2007-08-04
This phone is only a good buy if you don't want to hear the person you are talking to. The reception is so bad and there is such an echo that you can only hear half of what the other person is saying, and this is only made worse when there is any ambient noise whatsoever. I would greatly suggest spending a little extra and buying a better phone.

Kyocera sells an official extended-life battery that adds 3 hours, but they want your firstborn child for it, so I decided to go the cheaper route.
This battery adds about an hour of talk time to my phone over the regular battery. Despite the weird product description, I did not have to buy cell phone service from the seller or anything like that. The new battery is slightly loose, so if I jostle my phone too much while using it, the phone resets. Annoying, but I am still happy enough for the price I paid.
