Good features........2007-07-20

Having a built-in weather radio is a great feature to have. I'm an avid outdoorsman & being able to keep abreast of developing weather conditions from you car is invaluable. Also, the radio has an automatic squelch control with the option to turn it off & go manual. The display is easy to read & has 2 illumination levels that are effective in most lighting situations. The sound quality is good even if you decide to mount the unit on the top of the dash (speaker grill holes on bottom of unit). Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase & would recommend this product.

Product looks very nice in my pickup. It functions just as well. I tested it today and able to converse with a friend over about 5 miles. I have owned nothing but Cobra's prior to this but I think that will change.

I guess you get what you pay for, so I wasn't totally surprised that the battery didn't work. What was worse is that when I sent it back to get a new one, they instead just refunded me a PART of what I paid for it. Don't do business with these guys, and don't buy this battery.
