This security video recorder offers real-time multi-screen monitoring with 4 or 9 images visible simultaneously. The unit also has a built-in CD-R/RW burner which can be used as additional storage a way of reviewing the images away from the machine or a method of archiving. This machine also has a CF media slot can be used in the same way. The recorder can be part of a large security system where control is centrally situated. Not worth the amount of money it took to ship this item don't waist your time or your money this thin piece of silcon took less than a penny to make it doesn't protect the either the inside or outside screens. Barely stays on the phone. Do your self a favor please do not buy this item.

Ethernet transceivers from Bay Networks provide an IEEE 802.3-compatible interface for linking a variety of host devices to twisted pair and fiber optic cabling systems. The transceivers support connections between Ethernet hubs, switches, or routers and PCs, workstations, Apple Macintosh computers, and other networked equipment over star-configured cabling systems. The Model 928A Integrated 10BASE-T Transceiver provides a clean, direct desktop-to-network connectivity solution for a variety of Ethernet devices. The Model 928A's slim design - slightly larger than a standard AUI drop cable connector - allows the transceiver to be connected directly to a network interface card installed in an Ethernet station. A captive 15-foot (4.6 meter) unshielded twisted pair cable terminated with a standard RJ-45 modular connector provides connectivity to an IEEE 802.3i 10BASE-T Ethernet segment. The Model 928A includes an automatic polarity correction feature, which enables the transceiver to compensate for wiring errors by inverting positive and negative signals from the host module. The Model 928A also offers a user-selectable Signal Quality Error (SQE) test function, accessed via an external switch on the transceiver chassis.
