The 56320 earpiece fits wonderfully and the sound is great with very little noise from the boom mic. When useing the earpiece and the T5420 you have to be careful what you say, the VOX operation will pick up your voice all the way down to a whisper, (don't curse or cus at friends or others on the same channel-they will hear it. I really like this product.

These mics work just fine in quiet places. I wanted these for my husband and I to communicate when we're riding our ATV's. Unfortunately the ATV's were too loud, and the mics wanted to stay on constantly. But the point is they work. I would recommend them.

This battery provides the performance that I had expected. It seems to be better than the stock battery. There is nothing bad that I noted about this aftermarket product, and it fits nicely on the phone (a concern, since I've heard of some aftermarket batteries not fitting the phone well)
Although ordered through Amazon, it was sent by another company. It did take a long time but I must say that when I contacted Amazon about why it was taking so long, they got on that third party company and I had a response within a day. The product arrived shortly thereafter. The shipment must have been lost previously (I give them the benefit of the doubt) because the postmark on the box was after I had been emailed by them. They must have resent it right away. All in all good service, and it's nice to have the power of Amazon in your corner.
