The Headphone delivers pure premium sound quality to your ears through its binaural stereo phones. The phones are open type, with a black foam band going around your ears rather than sitting right on top of them. So, you'll still be able to hear sounds around you while you're playing a game or listening to music through the phones. The large size and self-tensioning adjusters of the phones provide more comfort for your head and help it keep cool even if you're sweating out a game. And, a separate adjustment system for your head gives you a perfect fit.
The accompanying IceMat Siberia USB Soundcard produces optimal sounds from any computer with a USB 2.0 outlet, with no driver installation required. It uses virtual 7.1 surround sound and a built-in effects processor that provides ambience and 3D positional effects to put your ears in audio heaven. You can adjust the 12-channel equalizer, which is great for gaming, to produce the specific sound mix you want. The Soundcard comes with official certification from Apple for the Mac OS and also works with Windows systems starting with 98 and extending through 2000, ME, and XP.
The microphone comes with a volume regulator that allows for easy sound level adjustment, which will come in handy whenever you want to tone things down a bit for the person you're talking with. Simply put these guys get the job done. They have good response to different sounds in the game that help you gain the edge on the opponent. However, they are not the best gaming headset that i have worn in my life. But for the price you will be strapped to find a better deal. For the money these are a well worthy product for the gaming scene. They aren't marked ridiculously out of most peoples price range just because they are a "gamer" headset. If you are on a tight budget and want a good set of gaming headphones, this is the product that you have been looking for.

Sound quality from the headphones are top notch. Comfort level is 4-stars, those with large heads might not like them as much.
Mic is a little muffled, even if it's close to you, people say it sounds like a desktop mic in Vent.

These are very good headphones....fragile so what i did what the little white peices where the braided steel looking string comes out of on both sides just tape that with scotch tape like 3 times around and other than that they are great headphones
