The best headphones I have ever listened with........2007-05-25
The quality isn't spectacular but for my need it's fine for my need. It has a really good base though, so when I watch movies it blows me away. I would have given it a 3.5 if that was an option but I'm leaning toward 4 so that's what I gave it. :)
All my crisp highs disappeared.......2007-05-03
I am no expert on good headphones, but these were a significant disappointment. I wore out my old Sony cheapies and thought to replace them with noise-canceling 'phones for work. When I plugged these in, I couldn't believe how poor the sound reproduction was. The lows are dull and the highs have all but disappeared. They are actually worse with the noise-canceling turned off. They are so bad that I wonder if I got a pair that was actually a lemon. I wish there was a Lemon Law for headphones. I am going to have to eat the loss and get something else because these are intolerable.
Hidden features at a low price.......2007-03-04
The price point on this product varies by $20.00. The suggested retail is $39.00, Wal-mart charges $29.00, and Amazon charges $19.00 as of this writing (March 2007). Even at full retail, the product seems to be a good value. The noise cancellation is not the best but the tighter fit of the ear cushions helps to block out ambient sounds even without the noise cancellation feature turned on. The tighter fit also keeps the sound in. My wife has excellent hearing and can hear some of my earbuds even with the volume on low. She can not hear any sound from these headphones.
Some of my other headphones are really too small, but this pair fits rather nicely. The frequency response is a full 20-20000 hz. However, a really cool feature is that the speakers turn sideways for flat storage in a laptop case. The speaker housings also have a flattened and squarish design that further makes travel storage very handy. The only reason I did not give this product 5 stars is that it does not completely cancel noise.

These may not be for everybody, but they are a good budget set of noise-cancelling headphones. They fit my head fine, thank you very much. The noise-cancellation feature does not obliterate external noises, but exposure is reduced. They also provide a bit of boost to audio levels, and frequency response is good. It really plays the basses that you don't get with earbuds. They are not so big that they are clunky or uncomfortable. They allow you to listen to your music at non-health-threatening levels. Keep in minde, like any headset, your head may or may not fit. Only definite negative is the in-line AAA battery. I would rather the battery be at cord's end or on the headset itself.
Extremely poor noise canceling and uncomfortable.......2006-01-18
I had tried a pair of the Sennheiser 250's. With those, you could hear a range of sound disapear and reapear as you turned them off and on. With these, you could hear a range of sound become slightly mufled.
The noise canceling is extremely poor.
Also, they are not very comfortable. The band digs into the top sides of my head.
But the real killer is, they actually made you feel as if you have motion sickness. No kidding. Again, I've tried other pairs of active noise cancelling headphones, and this did not occur

I'd heard of Flash Drives for years but held off on getting one. After using countless floppies, Zips, and CD-RWs for data exchange I decided it was time for a Flash Drive.
The memory key is compact. It's about the same size as a standard five-pack of Wrigley's gum. It also works quickly and reliably, and can connect to any USB-equipped Mac or Windows machine. Even though this is a USB 2.0 product it works fine on a USB 1.1 system--it just doesn't go at USB 2.0 speed.
This is useful in many situations. The most common is transporting files from an office, school, or library to a home computer. Another great use for the Flash Drive, however, is transferring files from an older machine to a new one. It's also good for those with more than one computer who need data synched.
My model number is 22P9240, but this seems to be the same product. There are other makes of these out there, but IBM is the best due to the reliability.
Note that the CD claims it requires Windows. This does, as previously stated, work on the Mac OS (both 9 and X). They don't need any drivers for this but the CD is still useful due to the PDF version of the manual it contains.
