The description for this case claims "Allows full and optimized control of iPod directly through the sleeve case", and herein lies my biggest issue with this product. Quite often, it you cannot turn the click wheel through the skin effectively. Truthfully, adjusting the skin a bit usually allows you to use the click wheel again, but it is not worth the trouble to go through these steps *every time* I want to adjust the volume.

Also, I cannot use the skin when placing the iPod on my speakers' dock, because the skin is too long towards the bottom, leading to endless frustration.

Overall, I would have to say that the only redeeming factor of this product is its price, which I found to be reasonable. Nevertheless, I will be returning this product once I am done ordering a new iPod case.
