I purchased these headphones for use in by cubed Office environment. They work for all but the loudest and highest pitched voices. Satifaction just so so.
I then used them on an flight from the East Coast to the West Coast and WOW what a difference they made. I think they were made for use on an Airplane fantastic noise reduction. The low pitched engine noise and surrounding sounds were all elimnated. The Gold plated plug works awesome.
For the serious Air Traveler I rate this a perfect 5 out of 5 stars and a must have !!!!!!

Just tried these out on a few flights this past week: they worked beautifully. If you try these at home you might feel that the noise reduction is not that great. But when you use them in flight, the reduction of the jetliner ambient noise is superb. Regarding some earlier reviews: (1) not that good for iPods [mp3]?: Nonsense. Excellent reproduction for any analog output, period. (2) Getting a better price elsewhere?: Nonsense. The amazon price is about as good as it gets... and I trust them not to peddle grey market goods.

I love these headphones. I work about 100 yards from the runway on a busy airfield. I hate constantly hearing airplanes. These headphones make the planes go away. I'm so close that the planes will vibrate my internal organs on take-off, but I can't hear them. I instantly became a happier person with this purchase. I've experienced the Bose noise-canceling headphones as well. I won't knock them, they are beautiful, but they're expensive. These even come with a battery and an adapter jack for plugging them into a stereo or a guitar. These can cancel the noise from an F-16's afterburners. Enough said.

I just got a pair of these after doing some research. The noise cancellation is great, and they sound wonderful when plugged into my iPod Classic. Good balance between Left and Right, despite what other reviewers have posted. And compared to the Bose, the price on these can't be beat.

I just tested these out on a flight, and they worked great for blocking out engine noise. Unfortunately, they don't block out screaming kids, but no active noise canceling circuit will do that.
I haven't tried the Bose QC's, so I can't compare, but I'm very happy with these, given that they're less than 1/3 the price of the Bose ones! I did compare them against the Skull Candy Proletariats, and the Panasonic was better in terms of sound quality, noise cancellation, comfort, battery (1 AAA for Panasonic, 2 AAA for Skull Candy), and a nicer carry case. On the other hand, the Skull Candy ones are about $30 cheaper, have volume control on the headphone, and fold up more compactly. I'm definitely keeping these and returning the Skull Candy.
Oh, and I use these with a 1st generation iPod Nano, and I haven't had any problems with the sound like some people here mentioned.

My only beef is, I also purchased the Belkin TuneDok and it can become a hassle taking the skin on and off just to fit the ipod in the TuneDok. Would be nice if you didn't have to take the skin off to fit in the dok. Just for ease of transport.

As noted above, the keychain link is flimsy but I've been working with it for 8 months now and it's perfect!!! Stil don'y have any problems with the cap not fitting tightly, so...

This drive carries as much storage as it says and works as you'd expect it to. Just don't expect to carry it around on your key chain like you may with a similar product by another brand. I don't trust he little ring (shown in the picture) to not break.

For storage this little drive is quick and awesome for the price. The finish is great and matches my wife's Inspiron 1521 almost perfectly. But if you're looking for a USB drive to use with ReadyBoost, this one won't do it.

As other reviewers have noted, the keychain link is worthless (mine broke within a couple days of having it on my keychain). If you plan to keep your flash drive on your keychain, you may want to look elsewhere. The cap also doesn't fit very tightly, and will probably end up getting lost, but that may be a problem with mine only...
The drive has performed perfectly for me on both Linux and Windows, which is the most important thing...hence 4 stars ;)

Installation a Snap - The Right Product for Your HP 8190.......2001-09-28
I'm no computer jock, but this was 100% as advertised. Didn't take more than 10 minutes to open the computer, install the board and restart the system. Everything worked perfectly. My DSL line actually does what it's capable of.
Like many of you, I couldn't wait for the memory upgrade. Went to the local computer store, who sold me a board, and though listed in their info as compatable, was not. Looked it up on amazon, and low and behold, right board at less money.
