Sony has installed several technical features to the headphones to ensure a quality listening experience. The thirty millimeter drive units are large for portable headphones, and deliver deep bass, low distortion and a wide frequency response range (16 - 20,000 Hz). Sony's Acoustic Turbo circuit achieves high sonic output by utilizying sound chamber and duct technology. Ferrite magnets give the headphones solid energy at a minimal size and weight, while the oxygen-free copper cord provides high conductivity and minimum noise. The gold-plated stereo mini-plug makes sure that sound is transported fully and accurately. The gold-plated treatment also helps resist corrosion and supports the headphones' high conductivity and low noise. The five foot long, single-sided cord is plenty long for active pursuits. The reason I purchased this product was to have a set of earphones that would not pop off of loose their position over the ears.
These headphones slip over and lock onto the ear and hold the headphones in place while doing several types of physical activities.
There is no irritation and they feel very comfortable.
The built in reflectors are a nice touch!

These headphones work well. I have one relatively small complaint: first, they pinch the top of my ears a bit, and I get tired of wearing them after an hour or two. Sound quality is decent, though not spectacular. There isn't a whole lot of sound leakage, but enough that somebody might notice.
I used these for quite a while and even bought a replacement pair of the same ones when I broke the first pair. Eventually, however, the comfort factor drove me to replace them with a larger more comfortable set that I wear at my desk.

I bought a different pair of headphones but they were not working for me. I love how these wrap around the ears. They fit snuggly and the sound is great.

I bought these headphones about 4 months ago. I was very happy when I first got them since they were super-comfy and didn't get in the way while excercising. The sound was pretty decent for the price-range, and overall, they seemed pretty sturdy. Unfortunately, yesterday the right ear conked out and no longer outputs sound. I went to Sony's website to diagnose the problem and their solution was to replace the headphones. Naturally, I'm just outside of the warranty period. I would almost buy a new pair if I thought they would last longer than a few months. I really didn'[t do anything wierd with them, so I'm not sure what went wrong. Maybe it's an isolated incident, but still worth considering before buying these headphones.

Overall,i am very satisfied with these headphones. I read the reviews before I bought them and I expected some problems. The piece that goes over the ear did hurt for about a week. After that it seems like it has stretched out a little bit and they are comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I wish the pads over my ears were a little more snug, in order to block out more exterior sounds. I use these for exercise. I listen to a book on cd so I don't get bored. The instructor has a stereo blasting and I can hear the music pretty clearly in the background, which is ok, but does distract me away from my story at times. I guess I should mention they never slip off my ears and do appear to be very sweatproof!!

Sima Hitch Slow and Missing Quality.......2007-02-16
When you hold a Ipod in your hand you can feel the quality built into the unit. But pick up the Sima Hitch and you immeditately get the feeling that they skimped everywhere they could to build this thing.
The first unit I got through Amazon was DOA on arrival in it's sealed box. The vendor took his sweet time to get back to me.
I called Sima and they were very accomodating, I shipped the product to them and they returned it and they replaced it with a brand new unit.
The Unit does NOT work on all USB devices as advertised - USB HARD DRIVES are ignored and unrecognized.
The wheel is cheeply made and I dont think it will be long before it breaks.
The Transfers are SLOW at best.
My Recommendation, wait and see if they come out with a Hitch 2.0
