Great for when you're on-the-go!.......2007-11-18
I absolutely love these headphones! Before, I was stuck with long, wired headphones that always got caught on everything. Now, I can move around, clean rooms, take walks, hug people, or do almost anything else without having to worry about catching a wire and pulling my headphones off.
The only downfall is when it's raining :( It's the only time I won't wear them.
iPod Nano headphones.......2007-08-05
The Maclly Cordless Headset produces excellent sound but the slot in which you must slide the iPod is too small. It requires a lot of force to insert the iPod. Removing the iPod is not difficult. Nevertheless, I would suggest prospective buyers research other products before deciding whether to purchase this one.

This item is fantastic. The audio quality is acceptable, and better than some other low-cost headphones that are wired. The weight of the headphones are good, and a few minutes after putting them on, I tend to forget they're there. The location for the buttons to advance/back track are good and you don't need to look to handle song switches. If you move around a lot, they won't fall off of your head. And, like another reviewer said, it's only to be used for the First Generation Nanos.
Best headphones for Ipod Nano 1st Gen........2007-06-19
The pros: The housework just gets so much better. The wired headphones occasionally get tangled up with the ironing board, the broom, or ipod just falls out of my pocket when I bend down to pick up stuffs on the floor. These headphones eliminate the potential danger. Pair them up with a good audiobook and the housework is almost fun.
The cons: These are big headphones so they draw more power than the tiny earbuds. I only gets 7-8 hours of battery life out of these compare to 12-13 hours using the earbuds. The ear cup style also makes the ears sweat a little after a strenuous bathroom scrubing.

This seems to be a fine product, but Apple changed the location of the audio output on the 2nd generation Nano, and Macally has a new version for 2nd gen Nanos. Be sure you get the right one! (When I wrote this review, Amazon was not yet selling 2nd gen product.)
