They are alright, almost the same as The HD-202's except these seem much more flat to me (i mean the EQ in the drivers could use alot of work). These arent naturally silver. its just painted plastic. the silver chipped off after about 4 months. Also the left earphone cord pulled out. Mind you, it wasnt even an accident, it just kind fell out... They are good but if you want good headphones, go for the HD-202's for a cheaper price

I would agree with the other comments that these headphones offer great bass. If you want to get picky, they lack a little bit of clarity on the treble side, but again for the price, I don't think you can beat them. They're also really comfortable on. I wear them plugged into my Ipod or computer at work.

I am a video editor, and have been needing some decent headphones for a long while. These don't cut out all surrounding sound, but they do a pretty darn good job for the price. I have been very pleased so far, and even use them to listen to my music because it sounds so much better through these headphones.

They are comfortable. They are light. They are divine. Best you can get for closed headphones. If you don't mind bothering those around you, I'd recommend the Grado SR60-80...but I need these for quiet places.

I love these headphones, they are my favourite out of all the sennies and sony's I have owned. They chunk out clear, vibrant, brain wobbling bass, and overall offer fantastic frequency response better than many headphones three times the price. I've been thrashing mine for 3 years and they are still good.
Pros - brilliant sound, phat bass, lightweight, can run fine from an ipod or laptop without a separate pre-amp, can wear them for hours, shields out all outside noise including planes, screaming babies and colleagues.
Cons - really long cord is awkward, shields out all outside noise including cars screeching towards you, or other dangers. So I don't ever wear these walking around on the street, only inside.

The plug adapter works fine.
The adapter to fit the notebook missed the "standard" notebook hdd fastener spacing by 3/16", ok maybe only 4 -5 mm. I don't care how you measure it, the product fails miserably.
Did not check fit to case, why would I when it would never work with the harddrive?
