I ordered this item. "Be very careful this is only a 1GB x 1 chip. If you send an email through Amazon they won't reply. If you call them they put you on hold for over 15 minutes. If you go to online chat service they (Tiffanie) will keep on arguing. They refused to send me the replacement module. They even refuse to issue me an RMA to return the incomplete order. They said "Claim through Amazon" and I will."
