This is one of the best headphones in the market and works seamlessly with iPod or with any other music device. It has soft plastic cushions and goes deep into the ears helping it with voice cancellation and more music experience. I got this headphones for free when I ordered for full body cove for video iPod from SheildZone.
Great for the price.......2006-11-09
Great headphones for the price. You just need to get them in your ears right. You also don't need to turn the volume up as high because they also function as earplugs and cancel out outside noise. Good sound quality (any pair of headphones will eventually wear out if you have the volume turned on full-blast all the time).
Better than the iPod earphones, but not much..........2006-06-15
These worked great for three months.
Then they worked okay for three more.
Now only the left earphone works.
They were fantastic earphones for the first few months - comfortable, good sound quality... much better than the standard issue iPod phones.
After three months or so I started wondering if my hearing was getting bad b/c the sound was muffled and I had to have my iPod at full volume to hear. After checking with the standard issue phones I found that the SX50's weren't producing the quality sound they once did. Then, the other day, I was running and the right earphone just stopped.
That's it. Game over. I'm in the market for some comfortable earphones that stay in your ears while working out/running.
They Didnt Last for 3 Days.......2006-05-10
This product costs too much for being such poor quality, I can literally just pull the cord apart bare-handed without using barely any force at all. And after it's torn apart there is no hope of repairing it, no matter how much time, effort, and thought you put into it, it's impossible. I'm pretty sure that it's inability to be repaired is just a marketing ploy so you will buy another. The only good qualities these earphones have is their sound quality, and their comfort. The sound quality sounds a little better than the normal iPOD earphones and you can keep them in your ears for a very long time without your ears getting sore. But if you plan on using these while you're leading a busy, active life, I GUARANTEE that they wont last a week. I heard that these earphones are the best...I found out that they are indeed some of the worst...and sadly I found that out the hard way...
Mid range quality for low range price.......2006-01-16
These are good earphones, with full, quality sound throughout the spectrum: bass is robust, and the treble, though lacking slightly, is more than acceptable. They are comfortable even for several hours, and stay in place regardless of your activity. This level of comfort, stability, and quality sound with a price below 30 dollars combines to produce an excellent value. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
Addendum: After 9 months of hard use, constant travel, careless handling, and regular excercise, the only problem I've encountered is a tendancy for the ear cushions to pop off when they're at the bottom of the gym bag: be careful or you can lose them. Otherwise no problems with damage or breakdowns (I have not been easy on them at all) nor have I experienced any problems with sound quality, even on my old Apple 20 GB iPod M8741LL/A (2nd Generation). They also work well with the XtremeMac(XTM-IPS-SPW-10)Sportwrap for iPod.

We purchased the Certance CD 72 internal tape drive to replace a seagate DDS4 tape drive that failed in our Dell Poweredge 4600 server.
