I have both the CX55 and the CX400's, which are somewhat the "predecessor" to this model. In retrospect I would recommend just going with the CX400's, they sound the same and are much smaller so they don't hang out of your ear and create a great seal that allows these headphones to really shine.
The CX400's also come with a chord extension piece so that while you are at your PC at work, you have plenty of chord and then while working out, you can take that off, leave it connected to your PC and hook it up to your iPod player.
I can't say I spend all day testing the competition but both of these earphones are the best I have ever used because they create a seal in your ear that is very comfortable and allows Sennheiser to show off the the best bass.

After reviewing the TV side by side with the Sony & Samsung best sellers, I choose this Panasonic and put the $600 difference to better use. (I am writing this after using the TV for 2 weeks.)
The picture required a bit of tweaking to render my cable company's blacks & greys best. Using an up-converting DVD player allows the TV to shine. The Lifi bulb pushes out a bright, clear picture -- the picture for HD sports can make a fan out of anyone. Sound is more than capable, but hooked up to a home stereo gives the best bang.
Overall I am very happy with this purchase. Though not the best of the best, it is the best of its exceptional price range. It's worthy of 4.5 stars.
Awsome TV at a great size/price.......2007-11-29
I just recently purchased my Panasonic (PT-56LCZ70) and I absolutely love it. At first when I started shopping for HDTVs I was looking at the LCDs and the plasmas but for the price point at the size that I wanted, it was just way over my budget. I started to look at the rear projection televisions and when I saw that this LIFI technology was never to go out AND that Panasonic warranties the bulb for 5 years just in case..I was sold. The picture quality is the same as the LCDs/plasmas and you get more screen size for your dollar. I can sit at an angle and still see all the beautiful colors and detail in the screen. Having a slide show with my SD card on the huge 56" screen is awesome as well. I will recommend this product to anyone who asks, great for first time buyers (as I was one myself).
Panasonic LIFI - Great TV at a good price.......2007-09-05
We wanted a high def big screen TV at a reasonable price. We'd heard about the lamp life and color problems on other projection TVs. I didn't want to deal with the expense and hassle of changing lamps. This lamp has a 5 year guarantee, and that's good for us. The colors are great - reds are really strong, and the picture is crisp and bright. The sleek design fits well in our contemporary home. I was also pleased with how lightweight it is, so we can move it when we want to. Hookup to DVD and cable with HDMI was no problem. The SD card slot lets us view family photos on the big screen.
