The best cheap headphones money can buy.......2006-08-23
I rarely feel compelled to write reviews on products but, these headphones are an anomaly worth spending some time to rave about. I listen to classical and electronica so dynamic range, crisp clean highs, and full bass are all important to me. The Audio-Technica ATC-H5 iCool headphones look like cheap plastic computer headphone however, their sound quality is phenomenal. I can honestly say that these headphones sound better than many I have tried costing several hundred dollars (including some Sennheiser HD5xx and Sony Reference Series). I have had mine for over 3 years and find them both comfortable and durable. They also do a good job of drowning out exterior noise so I often use them at work. About the only drawback is the decidedly out of style clear blue (old) Apple Mac design -- at least, no one will steal them from my desk. You can buy better sounding headphones but, you won't have the delight in knowing you spent less than 50 bucks for this level of sound quality.

These headphones are wonderful. They have great sound quality and they cancel out most sound. They fit very nicely and they're very compfortable. They are pretty durable as well. These are a great buy. BUY THEM!
