It comes with a table top stand, and can also be mounted underneath a cabinet with the optional articulating wall-mount bracket. This set features Sharp's proprietary Advanced Super View (ASV) LCD panel technology, which uses an enhanced color filter that permits more light throughput. This TV has one of the best non HD pictures I have seen. We have two other large screen HD television screens in my house, and we still find ourselves watching TV on this smallish TV in our kitchen. A great value!
