Best ear buds i own .......2007-04-25
I have about 5 diffrent types of head phones and this are the best i have experienced, the rubber round the edge of them is great to keep them in ur ears and cutting out ambient noise. i would recommend this to anyone, they take a beating and cost very very cheap trust me i've tried them all = sony,skull candy,ipod earbuds etc etc etc when on my way to tha gym i make sure i have them even if my MP3 player is missing i get to do cardio and use this on the tv set ha ha great product i likey the philips good american company to stick to oh by tha way did i mention i had this for about 2 yrs now haha

I haven't had these long (couple of weeks). Bought as a replacement for my iPod headphones. I use them mainly for exercise so they take a beating (lots of running and sweating). These headphones have a good sound quality for the size (at least as good as the stock iPod) and can definitely get loud. Even though they don't stick into your ear canal, they are loud enough to block out the music that plays at my gym. There's a little rubber ring around the edge of the earpiece that makes them feel comfy and probably cuts down on a little ambient noise. Other reviewers complain about the lifespan of these. If I have problems, I'll update this review.

These have been the best portable headphones i have used instead of a flat sounding music it has rlly good bass to it i love these headphones they last alot longer then others i have tried especialy with all my friends yanking them down when there still in my ears so go & buy a pair there cheap & exccelent quality especaliy recomended if you listen to music with alot of bass pop RnB & Rap

I have the Sennheiser MX400 earbuds, and I have these. These sound about as good as the Sennheiser earbuds that I have, but cost about half as much.

For a sub $10 pair of ear buds, you can't complain too much. They have lasted longer than my Sony, have better sensitivity, but the absence of bass is driving to larger and more costly solutions.
For sub $10 and if you don't care to get a large amount of trouble with little bass, this is your pair.
