With it's Ti line of headphones, Skullcandy recognizes that a good look is just as important as a good sound. In the looks department, Ti stands out with distinctive color and shape. Its sound is powered by a set of 41mm titanium drivers that deliver fast high-end response and deep bass.
The headphones feature a thick, leather padded, over-the-head band with metal outer studs and the Skullcandy logo. The ear cups are decorated with Skullcandy and Ti logos and skull artwork. The ear pads are made from a soft material called Leather Touch and are designed to fit comfortably around the ear to reduce outside noise. The ear cups are also able to swivel 90 degrees, which makes it possible to quickly grab the headphones and hear without fitting them over your head--just like the club DJs.
The Skullcandy Ti headphones come with a 6.3mm adapter plug designed to fit most home stereo systems, an extra ear pad set, and a headphone travel bag.

I'll give the folks over at Skullcandy one thing, the items they make are super stylish. But that's about it. I treat my electronic items like gold, so you can imagine my disappointment when a few months into owning these the plastic on one of the earpieces broke. I had to superglue it into place, so now I can no longer adjust one side to fit my ears. My boyfriend also has a pair of Skullcandy headphones in the Lowrider style, the plastic on those snapped as well; and my best friend has the earbuds, the rubber part that fits into the ear split. The materials they use are shoddy, so save your money.

Since gauging my ears to 4g (they're now at 0g) and having had other ear work done, finding comfortable headphones that sound great has been a real challenge. These are the first pair I've come across in a long time that are comfortable to wear when I'm studying for hours or DJ-ing a set. The pink gets me tons of compliments on aesthetics and the sound quality is definitely on par with several pair of more expensive Sony sets I've owned. I tweaked the bass on my MP3 player (Creative Zen) and that amped up the bass sufficiently. The volume control is perfectly placed for easy reach and the cord is long enough that I can wear them comfortably in the booth and in the kitchen. Definitely recommend them to anyone!!

A very nice sounding and looking headphone and for 45 bucks I don't think you will be disappointed. Much more solidly constructed than the "Skullcrushers" by skullcandy but I really enjoy the the bass amplified effect wtih the " skullcrushers" . The skullcandy Ti's are a more of a DJ style set with swivle earcups and come with a spare set of earpads too. Kind of a status thing with the snowboard skateboard peeps.

I'm not going to pretend and say that I'm a great audiophile, and pronounce that these phones are the best ones ever made, because they probably aren't. But they are the first pair that I've bought that cost more than $20.00. I haven't had the opportunity to listen to any of the expensive headphones to tell the difference. I bought these headphones to replace the pathetic ear buds that came with my new MP3 player. I have to admit that I bought them because they look sooo cool! They are light and to me, they sound good, a lot better than my UGLY, $20.00 Koss headphones. I bought the pink pair because Skullcandy donates money to breast cancer charity. That's important to me, because my family lost my dear Aunt Ruth to the disease last June. I think of her every time I slip these comfortable headphones on and listen to my favorite tunes. I don't think these hadphones are for the real serious audiophile, but if you are like me, and looking to upgrade from a "cheap" pair of headphones, and look good doing it, go for it!

AMAZING headphones. I'm a DJ for a radio station and these are the best headphones I've owned! The sound is crisp and clear. I love the earpieces; they rotate so it will fit your head and it's easier to have one side on your ear and the other off. Very comfortable, the padded head piece is nice. AND it all came with a warranty! If you're looking for a great set of headphones, look no further! (skull candy makes other colors too! this particular type donated a portion of the sale to a breast cancer foundation)
