I bought these earbuds at a Brookstone store in May, and now it's October and I have had to pay to send them in to the manufacturer for an exchange 3 times! Their design is flawed. They have all ended up with a short after using them only a couple of times. Now this latest pair has once again shorted out and the manufacturer is refusing a refund even though the product is obviously flawed. I have the option of exchanging, yet again, ; however, after a year (when the warranty expires) I will no longer be able to exchange and will simply have to throw away a faulty pair of earphones. Please do not waste your money on these defective earphones.
