In a DLP projector, the most important optical component in controlling color reproduction is the color wheel, which rotates through the three primary colors (red, green, and blue) in front of a mirror in the projector housing in order to focus these colors into a displayed image. The PB7210, like most DLP projectors, contains a fourth "white" color-wheel segment to brighten images. The projector also uses a unique fifth "yellow" color segment for both greater realism in the yellow range and smoother, more pleasing image quality overall. The brighter yellows enhance the projector's color balance for greater visual appeal.
The PB7210's preset modes let you manually select just the right settings for any given presentation or environment--even in home-theaters. "Cinema mode" optimizes projection settings for movie viewing; "economic mode" adjusts power levels to conserve lamp life.

I never received the item and it was a bait and switch ad. I was lied to and never got the item and was sent a substitute item that was in no way related to the item I ordered although the packing list was correct.

Didn't work for me.......2006-03-28
I couldn't get this product to work, at least not consistently.
Since it doesn't have an external power supply, it appears to draw power from the USB connectors you hook up to the two computers. One isn't enough to keep it happy, it just flashes it's LEDs (yes I had it hooked up directly to powered USB ports on the computers themselves). So if you have one of the computers turned off, or sleeping, you're screwed.
When I did have both computers turned on, it would lock to one of the two computers and no matter how many times you pushed the switch on the top it would only temporarily switch to the other computer, then almost immediately switch back. No obvious reason.
Then of course there's the design--this is intended to go on your desktop? With cables out both ends? If all the cables hooked up to the back or something that might make sense.
I'd have to say this product continues my experience with Belkin products--generally unimpressive stuff. Buy from another vendor.
This Switch has exceeded my expectations.......2006-03-15
This review is going to be short since I do not have much time into using the product as of yet. I will update later after some extensive use. After reading the horrible reviews about the ps2 version of this switch I was a bit skepticle about going with belkin. The only other player in my price range and stocked at my local store was the Iogear usb kvm(white). I just bought the Microsoft 6000 wireless desktop with laser mouse, and was currently using an Iogear PS2 kvm switch. With microsofts new implementation of the "F" key I could not get the switch to work consistantly. Even trying the registry fixes out there to disable that "F" key did not work. The mouse and keyboard are nice and I have gotten used to the comfort curve stle of the keyboard, so it was time to get another switch, in the 70 dollar range. That brings me back to this USB belkin vs the USB Iogear. It appeared that iogear did not make any changes to its switch. The belkin offered Software switching, hardware switching, and the Hotkey switching. Both offered audio. hooked up the belkin and the keyboard and mouse work flawlessly. Sound works flawlessly too. Even with an Asus motherboard that auto senses audio signals, this switch does not cause any problems. The other mobo is an ECS. For fast switching I installed the software hotkey, since mousing is quicker than hitting keys for me. I also don't have the problem of video degradation as I did with the Iogear ps2 switch, for which i had to constantly auto adjust the monitor. This Belkin USB switch has truly shown to be plug and play. And for someone who always has at least one function not work properly on any switch, I was very surprised. I am still blown away that everything works flawlessly and as it is supposed to and I don't have to live with small inconveniences I am used to with switches. I have used the expensive Omni switches, the older manual switch boxes, Iogear switches, and this would be the first belkin. The one major plus about this switch is that the scroll works on my microsoft mouse, both ways, and as fast as it is supposed to . With other switches the emulation was so bad that the scroll was slow and delayed, but this one works great. The only lag that you notice on the mouse is when it goes into power saving mode, which isn't that noticable to me. So far things are working well. If things turn the other way, then I may try the d-link usb kvm switch.
