great stylish stand.......2007-10-26

The stand is sharp and sturdy. I have a 46" lcd on it and it can take the weight well. I don't know how it'll perform with a tv 52" or larger. I'm very happy with it.

My wife actually built it while I was tearing down the boxes and cleaning up the messy styrofoam. Cleaning was equally as hard as building it, meaning it was actually fairly simple to put together.

I was initially worried about the glass shelves breaking during shipment, especially with the weight of the package and they way shipping carriers toss packages. However, the packaging was really solid and the glass didn't break despite a couple holes on the side of the main package. Solid packing.
