Very Disappointed.......2007-01-10
Was very disappointed, very cheaply made, the face plate fell off when my husband opened the package. The lettering on the front is half off. Also the buttons are all out of whack...I wish that i had not purchased this mp3 player.Pay the extra and get an ipod!!!!!

Kitchen tunes and news.......2007-10-29
This a great under the cabinet kitchen radio/CD player. It does just what it says it will do, but there are two improvements I wish I had waited for: high definition radio and the capability to load in 2 or 3 CD's. But it is not expensive and for someone who is as addicted to Morning Edition as I am to a pot of hot tea to start the day this does the trick. This weekend while I was having a party the crowd that always hangs out in the kitchen discovered it and and tuned in the Ole Miss game. They loved it. I still wish I could load in a several CD's for music variety while I cook.
Very thin sound.......2007-09-14
I was very disappointed with the sound of this player. It has tiny speakers with almost no bass. FM reception is terrible and there is no antenna or any way to hook one up. It does not have any kind of line in or aux input, so the only thing you can listen to are cd's. It won't even play mp3 files on CD, so it is really very limited. I sent mine back and instead bought a pair of powered computer speakers that I can plug my portable mp3 player into.
all works but AM.......2007-08-29
Works well on FM and CD but AM is not usable at all. We have a steel roof on our home which prevents AM from but received. FM is very strong. Very easy to install and shipment was super fast for reg service.

I was a little skeptical when I ordered this because I was expecting a small radio with not too great reception. I was wrong. This is a great radio/cd player! It's a nice size unit and it has excellent reception with good bass. Plus it was so easy to install!

Great under the counter player. Some people were complaining about the sound, but I don't see why. The bass & sound are pretty good for an under the counter unit. It won't compete with a stereo system with separate speakers, but sounds great in the kitchen.

Nice phone...for three days........2007-12-04
It's a nice phone with lots of features and I wanted a phone I can use if the power goes out. However, the mic in the handset quit working after three days. I RMA'd back to Amazon over two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my credit.
Nice Phone with exception.......2007-08-24
I love panasonic phones. This I got cause I needed one with caller ID and I do not like phones you need to us an AC adapter. Works really well. Except its hard to see the caller ID like is most phones hence the 4 stars. Only draw back is no speaker phone like my other panasonic but I knew it whan I got it. I ended up putting it in my living room even though I got it for my bedroom, butI started to miss my speaker phone I switched back. I figured if the phone rang at nite I couldn't see the caller ID anyway. So I can still see the number that called if I want to go look in the living room. It's still a good phone. WISH THEY WOULD HAVE A BACK LIT. Pansonic is always reliable with phones. ...there is a learning curve for the functions, but once you have it down nice phone. If it have a back light I would of given it a 5.
Returned because of appearance.......2007-08-19
This review is based on the looks of the phone - not on its function. Most importantly, this phone is not "white" - it is dingy off-white, almost putty-colored, which will not blend in with other white items. Secondly when the phone is wall mounted it doesn't cover the standard wall plate and protrudes awkwardly from the wall and plate (I think another reviewer mentioned this too); the line cord is also visable and doesn't tuck behind the phone like other wall-mounted phones do. If you are looking for a corded Caller ID that doesn't need A/C power, only consider this phone if you don't care about the color and about the wall-mount system. I'm sure that the sound quality is up to Pansonic standards but it is a very unattractive phone.

This is a good reasonably priced phone. I have a hearing impediment and wondered if the volume setting would be enough for me to clearly understand conversations. I was happy to find that I can use this phone without any problems. Only thing I would have liked was a backlit display window. Setting the LCD contrast to the highest position still isn't enough to make out the display without having it under a light.

I have always found Panasonic phones to be keepers. This one is no exception. Good solid audio, controls that make sense, durable, attractive. I bought a number of them on the Amazon "Warehouse Deals" program. They arrived promptly and had no flaws that I could find.
