This is my second Panasonic Answering System. I use this for a business line in conjunction with my other phone system. I am completely satisfied with the set-up and perfomance of this sytem. Only one piece of advice: Like most digital message systems you must speak cleary, but not loud when recording your message to avoid distortion.
