I had a iRiver T10 1 GB MP3 Player and tossed it in frustration. I purchased this player (TrekStor i.Beat Organix FM 1 GB MP3 Player with FM Tuner) because it behaves like a flash drive - not dependent on Windows Media Player (you can use it, but don't have to.) I use it constantly. It is highly configurable, easy to figure out without the manual, has a long battery life and sounds great. It feels much nicer than the iRiver, the buttons are great. It supports many file formats: MP3, WMA, WAV, OGG, ASF. Best of all it can use DRM but is not a slave to DRM. Next I'm buying the TREKSTOR 67136 Datastation Pocket x.u Portable 160GB Hard Drive & TREKSTOR 12GB USB-Stick CS-D Drive.

I purchased the motorola speaker phone accessory because I spend a lot of time traveling during the day and I am constantly receiving calls from the office. I had tried the earphone unit connected with wires and a bluetooth version (I don't like looking like Spock) but I found that the fact that I can move the motorola unit from car to car and eliminate the annoying ear connections is a big plus. The unit works well, sounds clear, and unlike some of the other reviews I read, the blue light blinking doesn't bother me at all, as a matter of fact, it reminds me it's on and alerts me to turn it of when I am leaving the vehicle. Hope this helps....

Truly EXCELLENT low-priced Bluetooth speakerphone. Compatible with lots of other cell phone brands. Use the "voice record" function on your cell to be able to use this speakerphone with the touch of a single button. Those who say they can't hear properly when using it should READ THE INSTRUCTIONS if they are unable to find the VOLUME button...

I very badly wanted this item to work, so I could give one to my wife for Christmas. But, I tried two of them and never could get either one to work more than once out of five or six tries with our Samsung A640 phones. Pairing was fairly easy and the design is small and sleek. As others have said, the on/off switch is ridiculously small and difficult to use and the blue light is distracting, but I could put up with those shortcomings if it would connect. Everything would work fine until it said "connecting" and then there would be complete silence. After five or six more tries, the person being called would answer and say, "Why have you been calling me five or six times? I keep answering the phone and there's no one there."
I called Motorola tech support two different times and got someone in Pakistan or India who could barely speak English. It appeared they had never heard of a T-305 and their best advice was to buy a T-605 which costs more than twice the price.
Died in a month........2007-12-07
Pros: Before it stopped working, and when it worked correctly, it was acceptable. I could hear who I was talking to and they could here me. The device recognized the voice tags for my phone numbers about 90% of the time.
Cons: After about a month of use, the device would no longer turn on, even after being charged overnight. It would not turn on even when attached to a power source, even though the blue indicator light was lit to show it was fully charged. This appeared to be a useful item for hands-free use without wearing an ear piece, but it is a poorly made product.
Other Thoughts: About a week before the item died, I had a horrible time using it. Whenever it or the phone was turned on, the speaker would just keep beeping, and I could not stop it. After I deleted the bluetooth connection on my phone, and re-established it, it worked again for a day or two.

Many Bluetooth devices are semi-satisfactory...working well for the person on the other end of the call about 70% of the time. Perfection is not achievable, given the nature of the technology, but the T305 breaks the 90% barrier and is a solid choice. Only a Jawbone earset at three times the price is likely to yield better results.
