Pro's: It holds a TON of music and is very easy to use. (Just plug it in and drag the music to the drive.)
other reviews complained that it broke so i bought the one years replacement plan with it, if it lasts the year then i won't complain about it breaking as i have gotten my moneys worth out of it.
headphones with it are very loud
Cons: Not really a con but when you turn it on (Just hold the play button for a few seconds.) it starts paused, took me a moment to figure that one out, other then that and the lack of display (It's cheap so again not really a con as they had to cut prices somehow.)
if you want a good player at not a lot of money then this is the one, but it is not a heavy duty piece of hardware, you get your moneys worth.

I got this for my 10-year-old sister. It's simple enough for her to use, and is great for anyone who isn't that techno-savvy but wants a mp3 player. It was cheap, shipped quickly, and came with all necessary features, though the battery provided was dead.

It splits the signal as it's designed to, you can't complain there. You need your devices to be able to use it though, which can be an issue.

Splitting a video signal is not that simple, your computers video card must support multiple displays (and if it does it prabobly alredy has 2 or more connections). if your video card does not support multiple displays this connector will definitlly not work. I found out the hard way.

I tried to split one of my display outputs so that I could use both my LCD monitor and my television. They both work individually, but when I hook them up to the splitter, neither of them work at all! Very dissapointing. I may have a defective product, but we'll see once I exchange it.

Nothing too exciting to say about this splitter cable. It works. I got it, hooked it up and realized I didn't need it. My new graphics card has 2 DVI ports in it. I'd give it 5 stars if I had used it enough to see how well it performs. So much for impulse buying.

Once the antenna switch is triggered, the device prepares to navigate. The antenna can also be adjusted for optimal GPS signal reception.

I have owned the Garmin M3 for about a year. The first thing I did was to update the software to version 2.5. As far as software goes I have no complaints however be aware that Garmin has limited a lot of nice features that I wish I had. For example don't pre-plan a trip and expect to download it to the M3 and if you want to stay clear of dirt roads good luck there is no filter for dirt roads on the M3.
Now, I think the hardware is a good value and maybe it could be used with another map program, but I wish I would have spent a little more and saved my frustrations for something else.

the m3 has been such an asset to me...I work in sales and have to travel quite often. This unit has helped me find even the most remote locations. Sometimes it does take a sec to acquire the satellites but 95% of the time less than a minute. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone that travels for a living!
Garmin iQue M3 Pocket PC .......2007-01-10
Our Son gave us a Garmin iQue 3 this past summer before we drove to Alaska and it was a great help in finding our way when looking for attractions on our trip. So we bought one for our other Son for Christmas. And after telling my Sister about it she ordered one for her husband for Christmas from Amazon also.
