Product Description

The iRiver X20 offers good sound quality and pretty much every feature in the book: voice and line-in recording; an FM radio; photo and video support; a user-replaceable battery; a microSD card expansion slot; and dual external speakers. It supports Ogg Vorbis as well as purchased music from WMA stores, and the screen is nice. The player is also very easy to use.

Amazing product at an amazing price, built in stereo speakers sound great, fm recording, voice recording, line-in recording. this lil mp3 player has it all, expandable memory with microSD, large bright and vivid screen, useful software bundled with powerful movie converter. detatchable battery for those long trips (really long trips because the battery life is outstanding). easy to navigate interface. and sleek design.

This phone is lovely to look at BUT...
1. The numbers on the touch pad wore off within 6 months.
2. The touchpad completely ceased to function within three years of very light use.( it was a second phone used maybe 1- 4 times a week)
3. The receiver cord is EXTREMELY short.

I had to order this phone twice. The first time the headset jack would not work. The second time, the phone itself would not ring. Finally got tired, and had to ask for a refund. Would have been a great price and unit if it had just worked.

When using this phone in speakerphone mode, the other person can barely, barely hear you. At your end, you can hear what the other perspon is saying, but it really is not very loud. You would have to be in a perfectly quiet room.

When using the headset, you can hear the other person very clearly. But the volume and clarity of your voice to the other person is only fair (below good).

Great phone when used with the standard handset.
