This phone is quick and easy to install and after adjusting the sound on the phone AND Skype it works like a charm. I can hear everything crystal clear and the person I am talking to can hear me clearly also.

I have used the USB phone twice and callees noted some loss of quality compared to a regular lined phone. However, they both noted it was a slight loss and the quality entirely acceptable. Time, and use, will tell.
