Only Useful if You Have Beefy Arms!.......2007-08-24
I was excited about purchasing the Tempo Armband for the Zune as I am a newbie runner and, with a 5 star review, this seemed to be a great choice for me.
Unfortunately, I was unable to wear the armband because the velcro hooks did not line up with the velcro loops for my arms. The velcro hooks needed to go past the loops where, of course, the Zune is. I tried using a safety pin and various creative folds of the armband but to no avail (i.e. I couldn't make it comfortable as there was too much excess fabric).
I am a 5'3" and 135lb woman. In other words, I am a healthy body weight but definitely leaning towards the 'could possibly benefit from a losing a few lbs' rather than the 'super skinny waif - what do you expect?!' end of the spectrum.
As many runners are women and in far better shape than I am, I simply cannot imagine why they designed this armband to only fit beefy arms! I was forced to return the product and was very disappointed.
The Best out there for Zune.......2007-07-23
I shopped around for a sports case for my zune...I must say this is the best one. Most other sports cases for Zune are just a strap(the Zune bounces up and down on them)but this one has an angled strechy stap securing both the top and the bottom of the Zune. And that little orange thig you see on the case in the picture is a cord real for your buds to keep you from snagging the wire while you are running. This is byfar the most for your money. It is built rather sturdy, stiching is pretty well done and has holes so you can access all the ports. It has a clear cover that keeps everything dirtfree. My only problem is that the plastic scratches easily(but then again...who cares...it is a sports case) I would buy it agian.
