Difficult to install.......2005-06-14

I used this product to mount a 20" Sony TV. When I first attempted to install it I found that the plastic brushings did not fit into the metal wall bracket. I also found the alignment of the screw holes that hold the adjustment arm for different size televisions to be off and I had to use a hammer to put the screw in place. That said, the customer service department answered my call immediately and quickly shipped me two replacement brushings which fit the bracket.
