This thing didn't last a month. The key pad was bad in it. The price was great and I really liked the way it looked. Too bad, huh.

Awesome corded phone, great features!.......2007-07-16

This phone was the only phone I found on the entire market that met all of my needs, including a lighted LCD so I could see who was calling in the dark or while on my computer! I had never heard of this brand and so was somewhat hesitant at first but I am thrilled with the capabilities and features. Great usability, big buttons, memory buttons, call-waiting caller ID, even a phone book like cell phones have. It's great. The speaker-phone is adequate in loudness and very clear. There is a volume control for even the caller's side of the conversation as well as your own. Who knew? Easy to program but add our USA code of "1" on the front of your area code or it won't call out correctly from the caller ID log or the phone book. It says to do it separately which I also did but it didn't work until I added it there too. ? Very cool though. Works great. Nice backup for power outages that dump regular cordless phones.

Poor sound quality.......2007-03-13

I returned the phone, which was quite attactive by the way, because it had poor sound quality. Callers heard voices as very muffled and hard to understand. On my end, the sound was OK, a bit harsh on high volume and slightly muffled on the low setting.
I tried to overlook this shortcomming, but it is a phone afterall, and performance should take priority.
