I bought this one for my brand new iPod Classic 80GB as a mechanical protection, since I covered the iPod with an Invisible Shield (no, no... I'm not some sort of mutant... is a protective film to cover the iPod and protect it from scratches xD invisibleSHIELD - iPod Video 30gb - Full Body Protector).
Let me tell, this is a great product, is very easy to use, my iPod fits perfectly in it, the stand of the iPod is very usefull, it looks great... come on... do you need anything else? just buy it =)
Great Case.......2007-09-21
This case works great for standing you iPod on a flat surface, like a desk. I play a lot of movies as background noise on my iPod and I didn't want to spend the extra $$$ on a docking station with a remote. I have no use for a remote.
Cons: The only thing that I don't like about the case is that it doesn't protect the wheel. I had an old hard case I was using and I slipped the top part into the case with the iPod. It's a snug fit but at least the wheel is being protected now.

I was quite surprised by the craftsmanship - this is a beautifully built iPod holder. The stand-up viewing feature works quite well. I was pleased to find that the part of the case which covers the iPods fragile screen has been hardened with some kind of stiffening structure. The flap that forms the base for the stand covers the face of the iPod when closed, it is a bit bulky compared to some other designs, but the additional bulk is also additional protection - I'm confident that I can drop this in my backpack without any risk that my iPod will get scratched.
Danger - the belt clip connection is fragile.......2007-09-01
The first day the belt clip broke loose, and my 80GB ipod fell to the concrete pavement. On the plus side, the leather case protected the ipod on impact.
Its an attractive and useful case without the clip, so I continue to use it.

Okay, being oxymoronic I am a pragmatic audiophile--if a tree falls in the forest, and you can't hear it--it doesn't make any difference.
I bought this cable to connect the analog output of a premium DVD-player to the analog input a premium A/V receiver driving some very special stereo speakers. You have to be careful buying cable, because there's a lot of "the Emperor's New Cable" out there, and you can wind up paying hundreds or even thousands of dollars for cable with which you can't hear a difference -- even when there is a difference, it will be subtle. I like all kinds of music and am a pretty demanding and critical listener, but what I first noticed about this cable was that was extremely solidly constructed as I opened the blister pack. Of course, for the price it should be. I cannot tell you that I heard a dramatic difference in the music per se--the guitars didn't sound any more "guitary" and the trumpets didn't sound any more "trumpety". What it did do was open up the stereo imaging and blow you away with the sense of "presence" on a great recording. I particularly noticed a dramatic improvement on a Telarc recording of brass, organ, and percussion. When I changed out the old Monster cables for these, all of the sudden I could "hear the space" in the church really open out, and instead of listening in my living room, I was auditorily inside the church. I can't say there aren't equal or better cables for the money out there, but these sure beat the heck out of $50 cables by the same company. If you really want to have that live performance sound that most of us audiophiles go far, I don't see how you could go wrong with these. Also, if you have a setup where these connects will be visible (I don't), they are handomely made.

We used a pair of these headsets with our Kenwood UBZ-LH14 FRS radios while biking in Seney National Wildlife refuge. My wife found it hard to get the microphone in just the correct place (so that I could hear her talk, but not her breathing). She also had difficulty keeping the ear-bud in her ear. Just like the radios without use of the headset, there is a short pause before they transmit, thus cutting off some of the first word you broadcast. We generally liked the headsets; I had none of the problems that my wife experienced. The VOX function is great for hands free operation.
