THE UNIT CONSTANTLY FREEZES UP AND THE THE DETAIL SUCKS/ I HAD AN AUDIOVOX FOR 2 YEARS AND NEVER HAD ABIT OF TROUBLE. I ONLY DECIDED TO GET THIS BECASE IT WAS CHEAPER THAN A NEW BATTERY.

I got this phone for a home office and there is only low and high volume control and the phone sounds awful. The phone sounds like high-pitched feedback even if it's hard to hear the person of the other end.
