I received the wrong item when it arrived. Upon communication with the provider, I was told that the pricing quoted on Amazon was wrong but when they got the correct item in, I would received for the lower price quoted on Amazon. I am still waiting, a month now, hopefully it will arrive before I end up purchasing for a higher price elsewhere.

The first time I received the iPod case, it was for the new widescreen iPod nano. This was after waiting for a period before it was even available and having paid for the shipping. I finally got the proper case the second time around. I feel that the seller sent the wrong case the first time just because they didn't have the right case in stock the way I was led to believe. This was not appreciated as the case was a gift.

The supplier sent me the wrong item. Instead of sending the model I bought, they sent me a model for another type of iPod. After I read the review of other buyers, I found out that it seems that the supplier has incurred in this kind of error previously.

Once I made the claim in Amazon, Amazon proceeded to make the reimbursement fairly quick.

My order was cancelled the 1st time saying they were out of stock and then after I reordered I too was shipped the wrong case- a pink ipod nano metalic case. I wouldn't recommend the hassle.
