Broke after a month.......2007-07-09
The transmitter worked great. It was harder to find a good station in chicago, but back in school it worked great. However the darn thing broke on me about a month after I got it. It would turn on ok and work fine for about 5 minutes and then randomly turn spaz-out and turn off, requiring me to pull it out and put it back in, and repeat.

When you plug it in to the lighter depending on the car it is a little hard to read the front of it to program the station. Also depending on the car you might get static why I don't know but I put it in a Chevy Van and in the lighter up front it gave off really bad static but when I plugged it in the trunk it worked perfect.
Depending on the mp3 quality you will hear a difference if its low quality 96/128 it doesn't play as loud or sound as good but if its a high quality 160/240 you won't get as many songs on your player but they sound perfect

The biggest complaint most people have for any FM transmitter is either "noise" (interference from other radio stations, etc.) and the limits on the channels you can choose.
If you live in a large metropolitan area like I do, you need to have the ability to use any channels that you can. The Audiobug is one of the few (if not the only) FM transmitter that allows ANY station to be programmed. Thus, if you travel a lot in a variety of differenct locales(again, like I do), the Audiobug makes it is easy to switch channels to get the most noise-free channel possible.
Easy to use. I recommend a high FM channel frequency if possible (it appears that the higher the FM station on the dial, the less radio interference from other sources).
You will still get some popping and crackling at some times regardless. This is manageable if you utilize your radio volume control in conjunction with your CD or MP3 player volume control to adjust the device.
Not as clear as a regular CD, but it is better than nothing when you don't have a CD player installed in your car or want to play your MP3 files.
I highly recommend this item. Although I have not compared it with other FM transmitters, based on my research prior to purchasing it, it is probably the best choice out there, especially when you consider that it is not restricted to pre-set channels.
works OK but audio quality poor.......2006-05-16
This item works and is easy to use however I was somewhat disappointed in the music quality. Sometimes it is OK but most of the time the audio quality is so bad I have turn it off.
In defense of the product I am picky about sound quality, however my Saab radio makes it extremely difficult to integrate an iPod into the stereo so I thought this might be a solution. If you don't care about the sound quality it will be fine, else find a way to integrate the player directly.

Love it; don't hesitate.......2007-12-21
Stunning Home Theater Plasma. When viewing real HD it is displays breathtaking cinematography in landscapes to action scenes, superior clarity and detail. Brilliant crisp colors. Calibration is a breeze with Digital Essentials; the set has a decent color decoder for natural colors, better color saturation, handles grey scale gradations very well and has a great black level which is vital for the detail in darker scenes.

THIS HDTV IS EVERY THING I wanted. I love the CabeCARD option, saves me the price of renting a digital box from COMCAST. Any web-sites CLAIMING to have it in stock should be reliable.
IT'S a discontinued model and should be bought VIA PHONE, rather than the INTERNET. Talk to a real person and get their stock quantity. I did ONE-CALL without AMAZON because the price was the same.

Order from a seller (Market Place) not entertained.......2007-07-18
I tried to buy this item from a seller named 'lovekars' (listed in Amazon's Market Place). After exchanging several emails with the seller through Amazon's service to get answers to some of my questions ans seller agreeing to sell it at the stated price I put the order on last sunday (07/15/2007) giving out my name, shipping details and qty as asked for by the seller hoping to get the transaction initiated by the seller using Amazon's Payment System (As suggested by him). Even after a repeated email I did not get any response from the seller - either confirming the sale or denying it for any reason whatsoever he may have. I am not sure why such unscrupulous sellers are in Amazon's Market Place. They might take any buyer for a ride at any stage of the transaction and delivery of goods and products sold through the Amazon's Market Place.

I tried to purchase this item but got an email two days later ( after having gone through the exercise of talking to credit card company etc ) that the order is cancelled because this item is out of stock . I wish Amazon removed this item from their website to avoid waste of time of buyers.

Pretty good workhorse cds.......2002-07-17
As a thank you gift to all of our wedding guests we decided to send them each a sampler of our favorite songs that had played during our wedding reception. I needed 60 cds with cases but I couldn't spend much and I wanted them to be nice and flat and light for mailing. These worked out quite well. I bought separate labels and designed a cover and while they still look homemade, they were obviously made with love and I think people will appreciate them. Also my younger brother (10) just took up trumpet and is really into jazz and now I can burn Miles Davis cds for him. I'm too broke from the wedding to buy them at the record store!
Avoid Sony 700mb CD-R's at all costs!!!.......2002-06-23
I have had nothing but problems with Sony's line of 700mb CDR's. I couldn't complete the burn process with almost a third of the discs. The ones that did finish burning, a few of them have audio problems such as static or the cd player can't read some tracks. I have tried this product on several different burners on different computers and I have had the same problems. I couldn't even get it to work on a Sony brand burner! This is disappointing because Sony used to make great 650mb CDR's and I didn't have any problems with those. These Sony 700mb cds aren't cheap and I would spend my money on other, more reliable brands that cost less. Plus I hate those slim jewel cases that are all the rage nowadays. To all you CDR manufacturers out there: bring back regular cd cases that actually protect the cd!
