Only Works for older iPod Nano's.......2007-01-10
We bought this as an add on item to the Christmas iPod Nano for our son. As a rambunctious 8-year old, he wanted something durable to protect his new iPod. However, when he tried to put his iPod in the case, it didn't fit properly and allow the earphones to plug in.
However, the case did work with our daughter's iPod Nano, bought the prior Christmas. The corners on the older Nano were rounded, rather than square on the new Nano. The earphone jack seems to be located a bit differently. (We had to buy a new case for our son.)
Doesn't fit the 2nd generation nanos.......2007-01-01
The case itself is pretty nice, but it doesn't appear to fit the new 2nd generation nanos. It is impossible to plug in the headphones while the nano is in the case. In addition, you can't hook up the sync cable while the nano is in the case. Therefore, the only thing this case buys you is the ability to protect the nano as you carry it around. You'll need to pull the nano out of the case to use it. I wish amazon had advertised the compatibility more clearly.

Taiyo Yuden is the BEST.......2007-07-27
I can't imagine how this product could have gotten a poor review. I burn DVDs all the time. I had to get a brand that I could depend on. I researched and found Taiyo Yuden to be #1. I've been using the Taiyo Yuden Brand for years now but in particular I've already used this product twice. ie 200 blank DVDs. It is 99% accurate give or take one. In my experience burning at full 16x is fine for data but burn at 12x for movies. Do not burn at 18x.
If you find you are losing a lot of DVDs upon burning it is more than likely a software issue. I reformat & reload my entire PC when I start losing DVDs and then I get PERFECT results thereafter.
Also disable MSN and all computer activity including background printing and do not touch the mouse till the DVD is done. Since these are printable DVDs people often print one while they burn another (Bad idea).
Also I buy from GENESYS DTP only.

I didn't have a good experience with Taiyo Yuden. The first 8 DVD's that I wrote all bombed. I had the feeling that the whole pack was defective, which I bought through Amazon from another seller. However Amazon was good enough to return me my money when I sent it back!

The only issue I had was with the vendor, Media Supply, which was a hassle receiving the wrong media type and not being able to return it promptly because they still have not supplied me with the return mailing labels they promised after receiving the return authorization.

I have about 10 of these cases, holding CDs, DVDs and CD-ROMs, for over 3 years. The cases work great for me. Nothing has ever fallen out of the sleeves, the pages have never come loose, and none of my discs have been damaged in any way.

When I purchased this CD holder at first, it seemed to be a lovely solution to my DVD and CD problems! However, I have recently noticed small dots appearing on my CD's and DVD's , almost like mold! They don't come off either! This has happened to my Cousin also, who purchased the same type of CD/DVD holder shortly before I. Luckily I caught the "CD Mold" and got all of my items out of the booklet before they were ruined! Not only do small dots appear on the cd's and DVD's, but, the pages CONSTANTLY come un-binded and fall out, and if you turn the binder the wrong way, all of your stuff falls out of the pages and rolls to the bottom of the damn Binder! BUYER BEWARE!
