Always willing to take your money in exchange for empty promises and downright lies. Be prepared to make many, many calls to try and get any warranty refunds. Be warned that purchase price means the absolute lowest price they can find the product selling for NOT the price you actually paid for the unit. Have been calling now for 9 1/2 weeks with nothing but empty promises-"the check will be cut next week." Been hung up on twice. Nice particle board furniture.......2004-12-13

I recieved this piece of furniture as a gift. When I started to asemble it, one board with a large boot mark on it collapsed and the whole thing was ruined. I gave it 1 star and promised to edit my review when everything was fixed. I emailed the company and got new parts within a week. I am satisfied with the furniture and would change the star to 3.5 if I could. The directions are picture only and can be confusing (which side is up and down in particular) to make matters worst this (like most) particlefurniture uses a locking devise that is irreversable. The rack is also VERY HEAVY which makes assembly somewhat difficult. I would not suggest this if you dont have exp with particle furniture assembly. If you do, and have a large collection of media, I would say this is the piece you WANT TO BUY. Finally I can fit all my cd's on one rack.
