Featuring the newest Analog Devices SHARC 32-bit DSP processor, the AVR-3300 provides Dolby Digital and DTS decoding with superb precision. The AVR-3300 is the most affordable A/V component to include the SHARC processor as the heart of the DDSC-D technology, and features premium 24-bit, 96 kHz DACs on all output channels. Prepared for the future, the AVR-3300 features 8 Channel external input, for connection to future multi-channel surround formats, along with 8 pre-amp outputs, providing a full upgrade path. A high quality, discrete power output section provides a total system power of 850 watts (1 kHz, 6 ohms).In addition to providing five pairs of composite and "S" video inputs, the AVR-3300 is equipped with two sets of component video (Y, CB, CR) inputs (DVD and TV/DBS), and one set of component video outputs for connection to high resolution video displays. Dual Surround Speaker switching allows the use of two different types (and placements) of surround speakers - connect a pair of diffuse surround speakers for movie soundtracks, and a direct radiator type surround speaker for multi-channel music surround.

If you want high quality sound then look no further because this unit blows away the competition I heard yamaha ,onkyo ,sony ,technics,kenwood ,harmon karden,and NONE of them even came close to the sound quality because the DENON just beat them all.The bass was unbeatable the sound reproduction was state of the art and unsurpassed .Now if that does'nt convince you then go and find a denon dealer and listen for yourself....

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ZENITH ZN-530 UNITS. SIMILAR UNITS MFG BY PHILIPS
WERE SENT WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. FORTUNATELY THEY PERFORMED OK.
MY OBJECTION IS THEY WERE SENT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.
Excellent Universal Remote.......2004-09-05
I love this remote! It's just the right size for comfortable use, and the button placement is ideal. It has a huge range of remotes that it can be programmed to use by code, and the learning feature makes it completely universal. For example, I now have two VCRs and no cable box, so I used the learning feature to program the commands for the second VCR on the cable slot of the remote. It works like a charm.
For a simple universal learning remote, you can't go wrong here. Just don't lose the booklet that comes with it, as Zenith does not have an online manual for this one.
