Functional and a great price.......2007-10-31
I was searching (in vain) for a product that I could use at the gym and also as a desktop stand for when watching videos on planes. I chose the iSnug, because it looked like the armband might be sturdy enough to hold up the video iPod for viewing and in some stationary tests (on my desk at home) it seems to work! I haven't had the opportunity to try it out while in motion yet.
When using as an armband, the band fits snugly and is comfortable, but it feels like the iPod jiggles around a little bit, since the case holding the iPod slips around the armband and isn't firmly attached. No risk of damage to the iPod, but mildly (very mildly) annoying when doing vigorous excersize.
And to solve the scratched screen problem another reviewer wrote about, I purchased the Belkin F8Z085 Protective Overlays for iPod Video for $8 here on Amazon and the combined price was still a great deal. If the overlay ever becomes scratched, I can peel it off and order a new one for $8. Not bad to protect my $250 iPod Video.

Works pretty well. Seems to resist smells and stays exactly where you wrap it around your arm. You can also take the arm wrap off and slide it around a belt if you're walking to class or something like that. No problems getting to the click wheel through the plastic.
Comfortable and Easy to Use.......2007-09-06
The armband is very comfortable and easy to use. I initially hesitated to buy this because I wasn't sure how an iPod and iPod Mini could fit in the same sized product. I was thrilled to see that this product comes with two separately sized sleeves for one armband. The sleeve fits my Mini very nicely. Easy to adjust and I found it helpful to wrap my excess headphone wire around the band to keep it from bothering me while running.

If you have a ipod video do not buy this cover. The clear plastic is not very snug to the screen and dust and grime will find it's way in between the clear plastic and your screen. You will not watch video anymore on your ipod after this.
