Very good for the money! And not just for ipods!.......2007-10-05
I had been looking for an FM transmitter for a while, as I live in a locale where my music tastes were being quite ignored (down in the south, specifically central GA, you can have country, rap, or stuff over 20 years old). I wanted something to be able to listen to while driving, specifically my mp3 player, and this Swiss Gear FM transmitter gets the job done. To the person who gave this a 3-star rating because this 'only works in the car', you should note that this is its purpose - to make mp3 players playable in the car. I'm not sure what other feats you were expecting from this.
As other reviewers have mentioned, this works on many mp3 players - not just ipods. I personally have a Creative Zen Jukebox Xtra Ultra Etc. and it worked just fine on this. I tried all 3 pre-programmed stations on the transmitter and my mp3 player worked on all of them, so I didn't have to bother with channel surfing, though it allows you to change stations if needed.
The only thing keeping me from giving this a 5-star rating was how high I needed to turn the volume on both my mp3 player and car stereo to get decent sound. This isn't really a problem for me, as I don't drive hours on end regularly, so my mp3 player's battery will survive several trips without needing recharging. Those who drive hours each day back and forth to work might have a dead mp3 player battery before they get home at the end of the day. Just something to be aware of.
Still, for the price of this transmitter compared to others, it's a great deal. Many others are more expensive and only work for certain mp3 player models, and some of those transmitters have poorer ratings.

If you own an iPod, Zen, Zune, or any MP3 player of any size, you can hear it in your car without having to buy the $100 car docking station. Apple and Apple-affiliated brands make a killing on making accessories specifically for that little docking port on the bottom, when you're forgetting about the headphone plug that works just fine.
I get excellent signal all throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex when using my Zen with this FM transmitter. A perfect alternative to Griffin, a popular iPod accessory brand.
Controls are a little funky but once you find the right station for your area, there's no need to change it

Well, since the product description does not give you much of what to expect from this product, here are some things that may help.
-It plugs into any MP3 Player (it says Universal on the website, but it says only iPods on the product cover, but don't worry it's universal)because it plugs in to where the headphones are plugged in.
-It is not a charger for your MP3 unit, rather the car charger is a method to power the actual transmitter.
-You can choose multiple radio stations to play it on.
Other than that, it has been pretty good. I live in the suburbs of Phoenix and there are no significant sound quality issues.
Be careful that it only works in cars.......2007-01-26

This is a small item and should be fairly standard but I've heard people had problems with similar items. None here. I was using it with a Panasonic Camera, but also with Kingston's TravelLite SD/MMC Reader to get the photos on to my laptop. All worked exactly as advertised.

in Panasonic products, i would say though it's little bit pricy compared to other comparable products by couple of bucks, it's worth the price. The picture quality is sharp and bright and the performance is great while taking multiple snaps continuously.
I got Panasonic TV,Boombox, DVD ...., and i've no complaints with any of those so far, and i'm happy with this product too. Panasonic Rocks.

This card was free with my new Panasonic Lumix TZ-3. It came pre-formatted, has plenty of capacity and is certainly fast enough for my needs. I don't shoot movies or multiple-frame sequences very often. All in all, I'm very pleased with it.
