Solid Built.......2007-07-15
I have been using this case since I first got my iPod 2 years ago. It survived many backpacking trips and other travels with no problem. I dropped my iPod a few times (unintentionally) in this case and both the case and my iPod are still good... I will need to invent another excuse to justify a new iPod.
It works for a 30GB iPod Video .......2006-04-08
I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT IN ORDER TO PROTECT MY 30GB IPOD VIDEO BECAUSE I KNOW THIS MODEL OF IPOD IS TOO DELICATE. A FALLING COULD BE FATAL. THANKS TO THIS CASE, I CAN GO TO THE BED WITH THE IPOD WITHOUT WORRY NEITHER TO CRASH IT WITH MY WEIGHT. OR A FATAL FALLING.
I HAD TO USE TWO OF THE THREE SHOCK-ABSORBENT RUBBERS IN ORDER TO FIT THE IPOD IN THE CASE. HOWEVER, IT LEFT A 2 MILIMETERS SPACE BETWEEN THE IPOD AND THE CASE, IN CLICK WHEEL SPECIFICALLY. SO, FOR THAT REASON IT'S POSSIBLE THAT THE IPOD GET A LITTLE OF DUST A DAY IN THE BEACH.
I CAN'T USE THE AIRFIX FM TRANSMITTER BECAUSE THE CASE IS TOO BIG FOR ATTACH TO THE IPOD.

I purchased this case about a month ago, and I really like it. It really help protect your Ipod. I threw it my tote bag along with my car keys and not one scratch. This has to be the most used and best item i have purchased for my Ipod to date.

I got this case for my U2 ipod and it looks and works great. The only drawback is that the case adds bulk to the ipod. I wish it came in different sizes for different ipods.
Black Contour Showcase.......2006-02-21
This is a great way to keep your iPod safe if you are someone who tends to drop things. This case will keep your iPod safe when you drop it. Also, scratches are prevented because all of your iPod is inside of the case, except the wheel. I have a 20G iPod, so there are pads to go on the bottom of the case to make sure that your iPod is tightly inside. There is a guide that tells you which removable pad to put in for what iPod. I heard about this from a friend, and I would highly suggest getting one. However, do not get a white Showcase because it easily gets dirty, and the dirt will not come of, as many other people have said. Overall, this is an excellent place to keep your iPod and even has a detacthable belt clip.

I am replacing my older JBL ec35 with this one due to size constraints of my flat-screen. This speaker is just about as deep as a wall-mounted flatscreen.
The front grille doesn't cover the whole front. Looks a bit strange.
Sound quality seemed similar to the ec35.
Although midrange seemed more crisp as this speaker has the larger speakers for midrange, where on the ec35 it was a smaller cone.
Voice reproduction seemed a bit more sharp then on EC35 (however I've also switched the room since I heard the EC35 last so my opinion might be skewed.
Big improvement.......2007-08-31
After years of using my TV audio instead of a center channel speaker (with the annoyance of setting separate volume controls for balance), I finally broke down and ordered this speaker to complement my older JBL speakers (main, surround, and subwoofer). The speaker fits convenienly on top of the TV (Sony "Grand Wega") and I'm very pleased with the big improvement in the sound results, especially for Dolby Digital movie tracks.
Great center channel for CS series.......2007-08-29
This speaker is perfectly voice matched with the CS tower speakers. For DVDs, I would highly recommend this speaker over others. It shares the same silver/black finisn as the other speakers in this series.

Cost effective alternative.......2007-12-16
These batteries are a very good choice for an inexpensive alkaline. Heavy duty batteries, are not cost effective because although cheaper, they have a very short run time. To get the best bang for your buck, go for alkalines like these.
The "Procell" designation is basically Duracell's way of marking these batteries as ones intended for industrial applications. They make them as a separate line so they won't directly compete with their consumer lines.
My experience is that these batteries do not last quite as long as the top consumer lines from Duracell and Energizer. However, they are within 10-20% (depending on the application), and are considerably cheaper. So, they are much more cost effective.
Unless you are using them in an application where it is difficult to change the batteries, I recommend going with these instead of spending more.

Best batteries, used in hospitals.......2007-10-21
I know of these kind of batteries because when I worked a telemetry floor as a nurse and ICU we used them on the patients' portable monitors. They last long and are great!

these are the best batteries ever. i use my graphing calculator everyday so i have to change batteries every once in a while, but when i used the procell ones it lasted me about a year and a half.
