Ordered this through Amazon from "grandtechoutlet"...got here very quickly for a VERY good price compared to a new one from Apple. Seems to work great so far, seems to be a very good quality cable (as you would expect from Griffin).

Clearning up the shipping confusion..........2005-04-17
... lots of the people who write these reviews obviously have no idea how Amazon.com and third party sellers work, and then give products one star when they don't deserve them.
For the people complaining about the batteries being "0.01" and then getting socked with shipping costs, yes, because they're coming from A THIRD PARTY. Almost all third parties charge shipping, and these sales don't qualify for Amazon.com's Super Saving or Prime Shipping.

Also, look at third party seller's feedback ratings before buying from somebody who could be a scammer, and then blaming Amazon.com thinking it was their fault. The tools are there to protect yourself when buying from third parties, and most of the time it goes smoothly, but you have to check for things like shipping costs and feedback first. (and yes, Amazon.com should make these things clearer)
In summary, the "0.01" batteries are third party, and charge shipping. If you buy directly from Amazon.com, for more, then they qualify for Super Saver or Prime Shipping.
Good Batteries.......2005-03-26
These batteries are pretty good. I have no complaints with them, though I suspect that these mass produced commercial efforts are not the best on the market. But for value for money I stand by them, and so do many other fluffy pink rabbits in my social group.

It is an obsolete market gimmick to sell it for 1c (as of Mar 17 2005) while charge shipping PER ITEM. Plus, when you enlarge the product picture, it shows "best install by 2004".

How many pictures will it store? It is the most commonly asked question from digital camera enthusiast but usually the question that is the most difficult to get a straight answer about. Well, considering I worked in the memory industry for over 7 years I can help clarify this perplexing question and do so unbiased as I have since changed industries.
The Memorex 64MB SmartMedia Memory Card with Storage Case, like most 64MB cards, will store on average 71 pictures when used with a 2 megapixel camera, 53 images when used with a 3 megapixel camera, 32 pictures when used with a 4 megapixel camera, 25 images when used with a 5 megapixel camera, and 20 pictures when used with a 6 megapixel camera. These numbers are based off the assumption that you are going to shoot your images at the highest quality JPEG setting available for the camera and understand that they are estimates and may be off by as much as 10 percent due to numerous factors including the complexity of the scene being shot and the compression algorithm used by your specific camera.
I truly hope this review was helpful to you in determining whether this card is the right capacity for your specific needs.
Does not work with Olympus D340L.......2002-08-10
What a bust, although this is a smart media card it doesn't work with the Olympus D340L . I still can't solve the problem. The pictures are there but will not load to my MAC. The original 4MB card works fine. There is no list of which devices this card will work with.
